Before production, buyers should identify the terminal model, use environment, critical dimensions, packaging requirements and any mandatory tests. Asyoi then confirms which checks are feasible, who performs them and what records are included.
Four control gates
Inspection from requirement review to shipment release.
The exact inspection level varies by SKU, order size, customization and customer agreement. The stages below describe the control framework, not an unsupported promise that every possible laboratory test is performed on every order.
Incoming inspection
Product-critical materials, purchased components and connectors are checked against the approved requirement.
In-process checks
Dimensions, assembly, surface finish, cable workmanship and functional checkpoints are reviewed during production.
Final inspection
Finished-product appearance, quantity, accessories, labels, cartons and shipment marks are checked before release.

Different products require different checkpoints.
We do not present one generic test list as proof for every product. Relevant checks are selected according to product risk, intended application and the approved requirement.
